Terms of Service

Plain English: You buy a license to use our EAs on one live account and unlimited demo accounts. You don't redistribute, resell, or decompile. We can't guarantee profits — trading is risky.

1. License

Expert Advisor HQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use purchased Expert Advisors on one (1) live MetaTrader 5 account and unlimited demo accounts, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing without written permission.
• No reverse-engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of license checks.
• No use for any unlawful activity.

3. Warranty disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Liability

In no event will Expert Advisor HQ be liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the Software.

Privacy Policy

Plain English: We store your email, license keys, and order history. We use Stripe for payments (we never see your card). We use analytics to improve the site. We don't sell your data.

Data we collect

• Account info: email, name, optional billing address.
• License usage: activation account ID, product version, activation timestamps.
• Analytics: page views, anonymized session behavior (GA4), opt-out available.

How we use it

• Deliver the product and license activation.
• Send purchase confirmations and critical product updates.
• Optional: newsletter (opt-in, unsubscribe any time).

Your rights

Request deletion, export, or correction at privacy@expertadvisorhq.com. GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Refund Policy

Plain English: 14 days, full refund, no questions asked, as long as the license hasn't been activated on more than one live account. Good-faith exceptions considered — email us.

Eligibility

• Refund requested within 14 days of purchase.
• License has not been activated on more than one live account.
• No evidence of attempted decompilation or misuse.

How to request

Email support@expertadvisorhq.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

Risk Disclosure

Plain English: Forex and CFD trading is risky. You can lose more than you deposit. Past performance — including verified live signals — does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Foreign exchange and contracts for difference (CFDs) are leveraged products and carry a substantial risk of loss. These instruments are not suitable for all investors. Before trading, carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, and level of experience.
